1. Nature of Services

DFFB Senior Living provides senior placement assistance, facility operational consulting, and crisis intervention guidance. We do not provide medical care, legal advice, or guarantee placement at any specific facility.

2. ALWP & Medi-Cal Guidance

We provide information about the Assisted Living Waiver Program (ALWP) and Medi-Cal eligibility based on our experience. However, eligibility determinations are made solely by the appropriate government agencies. We cannot guarantee approval or continued eligibility.

3. Facility Vetting Limitations

While we rigorously vet our facility partners, we cannot guarantee the ongoing performance of any third-party facility. Families retain responsibility for conducting their own due diligence and maintaining ongoing oversight of care.
